A Pre- and/or Post-Course Survey created in Qualtrics is a great way to get feedback. This requires you create a Qualtrics survey from your own account – then iFrame into your course instance.
Caveat: The response rate is not always very high, and the respondents are a highly filtered group. You might mitigate this by creating additional small surveys that you embed elsewhere in the course, for example, in each section.
